An authorized company administrator may revoke self-authorization and request deletion of information associated with a company-operated account.

1. Revoke authorization / 撤销授权

An authorized company administrator may first revoke the application's self-authorization through Amazon. This prevents future API access under that authorization.

本公司授权管理员可先在 Amazon 撤销应用的自我授权，以阻止该授权下后续的接口访问。

2. Send a deletion request / 发送删除申请

Email wwy1211w08w@163.com with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include:

  • The company-operated store name.
  • The account or seller identifier associated with the integration.
  • The company contact email controlled by an authorized administrator.
Never send a password, private key, access token or verification code. 请勿发送密码、私钥、访问令牌或验证码。

3. Ownership verification / 所有权验证

To protect account data, the requester must verify that they are an authorized representative of HONG KONG NITANKANG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Only the minimum information needed for verification is requested.

为保护账户数据，申请人必须证明其为 HONG KONG NITANKANG TECHNOLOGY LIMITED 的授权代表。验证仅使用必要的最少信息。

4. Completion / 完成处理

After verification, we will remove active authorization credentials and delete or de-identify associated information within 30 days, unless retention is required for security, dispute resolution or applicable law. Backup copies, if any, expire through the normal protected backup cycle.

验证完成后，我们将在30日内移除有效授权凭证，并删除或去标识化相关信息；因安全、争议处理或适用法律需要保留的情况除外。备份副本将按受保护的正常备份周期到期。
